Reliance Jio’s total 5G User Base after June 2025

Reliance Jio, India’s largest telecom operator has achieved a major milestone recently. In the company’s recent quarterly results report, Jio said that its 5G user base surpassed 200 million. This is the most for any Indian telecom company at the moment. In fact, many operators globally don’t have these many 5G subscribers under their portfolio.

PCs for People Introduces CONNECT FWA/Wired Service and pre-qualified for BEAD funding in MN

Telecompetitor reports … PCs for People, a nonprofit that describes itself as promoting digital inclusion, has introduced CONNECT, a fixed wireless service (FWA) and wired service. The FWA element of CONNECT uses 5G and 4G LTE networking. The 5G service delivers download speeds as fast as 280 Mbps and uploads as fast as 80 Mbps. On the 4G/LTE side, the service runs as fast as 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Jio to Soon Hit 500 Million Customer Mark

Reliance Jio, India’s largest telecom operator, recently announced its Q1 FY26 results. In the results, Jio said that it has a total customer base of 498 million. This is just 2 million shy of the 500 million mark. This is an achievement no other Indian telecom operator has ever achieved. Well, to be honest, we don’t think apart from Jio any other operator has even touched the 400 million customer mark.
