ROUTERS Act The bill would direct the Commerce Department to conduct a study on the cybersecurity vulnerabilities of consumer Wi-Fi routers and modems produced by companies with ties to foreign adversaries.   The bill would also direct the agency to initiate a rulemaking to collect the necessary information from license holders.
